My recent stay at Four Points by Sheraton LAX had its ups and downs. While the staff was incredibly helpful, particularly Victor Valencia who went above and beyond, I encountered significant issues with room access during check-in. The hotel's location is undeniably convenient for accessing the airport, but some aspects of the facilities felt outdated. Overall, it was a mixed experience with great service but frustrating room issues.
